Soo Hae Lee is a working mom, a dancer, and a dance instructor. At home, she is a mother of two children. Outside the home, she is a dance teacher to all children. As an individual, she is a Korean traditional dancer who strives to preserve what is rightfully Korean culture and tradition.
My family and their existence itself are my driving force, and just happily thinking about them is the inspiration for my work and practice. Also, what my students say and think during the class is my inspiration and my driving force.
I don’t want my learning to stop at a personal level or at a theory level. I want to approach and teach all children in need of learning, and practice what I know in my education field so that many people can enjoy arts education.
A rabbit dancing under the moonlight. They say people with rabbit personality type tend to be extroverted and an do-er. In that case, I’m a “rabbit” who who works diligently on self-development at night after finishing working as an arts instructor in the daytime.
My husband is my companion and my colleague. He always supports my work, gives honest feedbacks, and sometimes works with me to help me.
